Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the management, monitoring, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 and associated technologies.

  • Manage, monitor, and provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft products, and underpinning infrastructure.
  • Offer guidance on implementing new strategies for M365 best practices and related matters.
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
  • Perform M365 administration and troubleshooting tasks (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Utilize auto-deployment and security tools to manage the infrastructure.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements, better practices, and efficiency implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and advise on M365 best practice strategies.
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
  • Administer and troubleshoot M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Use auto-deployment and security tools to manage the infrastructure.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support.
  • Contribute to efficiency improvements and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, M365 platform, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft AI tools.
  • Experience in managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
  • Ability to offer SME advice on M365 products and efficient implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to share knowledge with the team, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience in automation and administering VMware.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell.
