Lead Disability Accommodation Service Manager Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the efficient delivery of services within a specialist disability accommodation setting.

This includes managing and developing a diverse team comprising Registered Nurses, Disability Support Workers, Therapy Assistants, Community Access Facilitators, Cook/Chefs, and Hospitality staff. The successful candidate will effectively facilitate collaboration between Allied Health professionals, Medical Practitioners, and other relevant services as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to create a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction. This requires an in-depth understanding of the needs of prospective and existing residents, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality customer-centred care.
