Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage the daily activities of the CM process, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve program objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CM processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Conduct Configuration Management audits and enforce change control measures.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the CM database.
  • Oversee daily tasks in accordance with the configuration management plan.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management roles, preferably in the Defence sector.
  • Formal training in Configuration Management principles.
  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management Tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
