Job Description

This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package including base salary and superannuation benefits.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond professionally and timely to sales enquiries
  • Utilize an enterprise resource planning system to enter and acknowledge customer orders
  • Pursue quotes, collaborate with internal teams on pricing and availability, and resolve customer issues
  • Arrange logistics, generate shipping documents, track deliveries, and communicate with customers
  • Provide general administrative support: stock management, production assistance, purchasing and invoice processing, supplier coordination, and logistics support
  • Maintain records, produce order/delivery reports, and perform general sales/logistics administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
  • Familiarity with freight coordination
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems, with high accuracy in data entry
