About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.

As a Team leader, you will provide coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care for our residents.

Working safely is paramount to us, and you will be expected to closely follow all policies and procedures to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Strong coaching/training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
