About the role
As a Nurse Practitioner / Transitional Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care and Wound Prevention & Management, you'll hold a pivotal role in meeting our goal of 'healthier rural people & thriving communities'.
In this role, you will provide specialised advanced clinical care in the Bathurst Ambulatory Care Unit, with a focus on hospital avoidance, reducing emergency presentations and admissions, and shortening the length of hospital stays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a NP looking to relocate to a thriving, friendly and historic city, or for a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to expand their clinical skill set.
