Food Service Professional
Job Description:
As a Food Service Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to individual needs and dietary requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals and beverages under the direction of the Chef/Cook
- Ensure environmental service standards are met and maintained
- Prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Serve meals in a well-presented manner at the appropriate temperature
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, high standards in food preparation, and knowledge of food safety regulations. A current Food Handlers Certificate is also mandatory.
