The Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Governance Lead to join our Sydney team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving our quality, completion, and information management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance our Quality Management System within AIMS, providing policies, standards, processes, procedures, tools, guidelines, and user guides.
  • Lead the evolution and implementation of our Quality Governance and Performance Framework, including scheduling, conducting, and reporting on Consistency Reviews, Audits, and compliance checks.
  • Oversee the advancement of our Quality and Completion reporting metrics, ensuring accurate tracking of targets and objectives.
  • Direct the development of education and training programs related to Quality, Completion, and Information Management.
  • Manage Quality Communications across the business and projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality management roles, specializing in governance, reporting, and improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferable) or equivalent and Lead Auditor qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and system applications.
  • Proven communication and presentation abilities, stakeholder negotiation, problem solving, and project management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
