Service Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key operational role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Field Service team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure INVOICE ACCURACY AND PROMPT PAYMENT by verifying correct parts, labor, and work descriptions.
  • CLEAR COMMUNICATION: Effectively communicate with all parties involved.
  • CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS: Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team in a clear and concise manner.
  • FINANCIAL TARGETS: Develop and implement action plans to drive financial performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Desirable trade qualification.
  • Proven experience working within a service-oriented department.
  • Strong computing skills, including expertise in Microsoft AX.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of workplace health and safety.
