Lead Electric Bus Project

We are looking for a skilled leader to oversee the building of electric low-emission diesel buses. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to promote a positive safety culture and provide guidance to the team.

  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership abilities are essential for managing a team effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes is crucial for overseeing trade activities.
  • Trade industry experience: Experience in the trade industry, particularly in mechanical, plastics, wood working, cabinet making and general assembly work, is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with power tools: The ability to effectively operate hand tools and pneumatic tools is crucial for supervising trade assistants in their daily tasks.
  • Fit-out/installation/assembly/electrical expertise: Experience in these areas will enable the supervisor to provide guidance and support to the team in meeting project requirements.
  • Enthusiastic attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to work is essential for motivating and inspiring the team to perform at their best.
