Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Role

The Electrical Manufacturing Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within an electrical manufacturing team.

This role involves leading and coordinating workshop operations to deliver high-quality electrical panels, managing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for procuring materials, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring job progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate workshop operations to achieve production targets
  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure availability of necessary materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project reviews, planning, and delivery
  • Monitor job progress and provide regular performance reporting
Requirements
  • Degree or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in production management, preferably in electrical manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of panel builds, switchboards, or industrial electrical systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage workshop teams
  • Commercially aware with ability to balance delivery performance and cost control
