Experienced Electrical Supervisor Wanted

At a leading manufacturer of custom electrical componentry, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Department Supervisor to take the lead in our Wiring Harness Division. You'll be responsible for guiding a team of 12, ensuring harnesses are built to specification, and quality is spot-on.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to read and interpret harness drawings. They should also be detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and a consultative, team-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 12 harness assemblers
- Check quality and ensure drawings are correctly interpreted
- Set daily tasks and make sure production runs smoothly
- Rollover sleeves and produce product alongside the team
- Maintain high safety and workmanship standards
- Build skills and confidence in the team through guidance and training
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret harness drawings
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
