Job Summary

The Concierge role is a vital part of ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of day-to-day operations for guests, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Coordinate room service delivery, housekeeping duties, and room bookings while responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role within a luxury hospitality setting is essential.
  • A strong ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have proficiency in hotel property management systems (RMS PMS) and financial software.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and possess a positive attitude towards delivering high-quality service.
  • Valid visa or working rights for Australia are also required.
