Front of House Professional

We are seeking a Casual Front of House staff member to join our team at the Golf Club.

The Clubhouse offers a pleasant working environment overlooking the lush Greens and bushland of the Golf Course.

About this role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests.
  • Work on a flexible roster with shifts ending typically by 230pm Mon-Wed or 8pm Thu and Friday, with occasional evening functions on Saturdays.
  • Avoidance on Tue-Fri is preferred, with opportunities for additional shifts over-time.
  • Minimum 15 hours per week.

To succeed, you will have:

  • A passion for hospitality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation methods.
  • Basic food preparation and presentation skills.
  • Cash handling and settlement skills.
  • Event management experience ideal.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude.
