Nursery Room Leader Job Description

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners.

  • Develop and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to promote individual child development.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers by ensuring they are actively involved in their child's learning journey.
  • Lead staff within your room, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to promote continuous improvement and high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a positive working environment.
