Becoming a Nursery Room Leader at our day nursery is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of childcare professionals in delivering exceptional educational experiences for young learners.

You will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and discover their potential through play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster children's individual development.
• E nsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

You will also lead staff within your room, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to promote continuous improvement and high standards of care.

Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a positive working environment.
