Account Management Expert

The Account Management team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day client interactions
  • Responding to queries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Implementing and managing issue resolution matrices
  • Providing custody reporting services to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Oversight of custody reconciliation breaks and resolution of internal queries

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum 5-10 years of commercial experience in financial services
  • Recognized technical expertise in custody operations with strong client service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other internal teams to improve service and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development

Technical skills required:

  • Solid knowledge of operations within domestic and global custody, including related operational risk and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Desirable qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields (e.g., CA/CPA, Masters)
