Job Summary

This role is focused on managing projects within the engineering and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in engineering or project management, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

The key objective of this position is to oversee allocated projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Effective communication with all stakeholders is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage allocated projects to ensure zero harm, quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
  • Maintain a safe working environment and achieve full compliance with our Management System
  • Meet project deliverables including time, budget, safety, quality, and environmental objectives
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Materials/Civil/Chemical/Mechanical) or Project Management
  • 5+ years experience within the Engineering or Construction industries
  • Construction Industry OH&S Induction Card
  • Good decision-making skills based on clear thinking and logic
  • High attention to detail
  • High energy and initiative
  • Contributes a positive atmosphere and is a great team player
  • Confined Space (preferable)
  • Working at Heights (preferable)
