Aviation Service Agent Role

Do you have a passion for delivering world-class service in the aviation industry? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aviation Service Agent.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safe and efficient aircraft turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marshalling and handling of aircraft using approved equipment.
  • Assisting with refuelling, aircraft toilet servicing, and ramp/hangar cleanliness.
  • Supporting hangar management, recording aircraft movements, and conducting adverse weather mitigation procedures.
  • Providing outstanding service to VIP passengers and flight crews.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
