We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Case Manager, Technical Specialist or existing Account Executive to join our team as an Account Manager in Workers Compensation.

Opportunities to base from Sydney CBD, North of Sydney, Western suburbs and Southern Sydney, the team usually work in office with hybrid working and have the opportunity to travel to present with clients.

Duties Include:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation policies, from initial underwriting submissions to policy renewals.
  • Provide guidance to clients on risk management strategies, workplace safety protocols, and compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes in workers' compensation insurance and advise clients on maintaining policy compliance.
  • Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
  • Act as a problem solver and mediator in cases of claims disputes, policy concerns, or coverage inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance trends, emerging risks, and competitive offerings.

To Be Successful:

  • Confident in end-to-end claims management in workers compensation
  • Strong in NSW state legislation with an appetite for learning
  • Confident in stakeholder management, experienced in negotiating and influencing positive outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
  • Experience with premium management, LPR or national scheme experience (desired)
