About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team in Sydney. As a Senior Workers Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of workers compensation and work injury damages claims.

With a focus on providing exceptional client service and achieving outstanding results, you will work closely with our partners and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of workers compensation and work injury damages claims from start to finish;
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert advice to clients on their entitlements;
  • Represent clients in court and negotiations with insurers;
  • Collaborate with our partners and other experts to ensure seamless case management;
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in personal injury law, with a strong background in workers compensation;
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
