About the Role

Role and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and configuring Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

About the Position

  • This is a key role in our Master Data Management team, responsible for supporting existing Master Management solution with necessary changes to design and configuration ensuring alignment to DevOps practices.
  • The successful candidate will involve and provide guidance with respect to MDM strategy, methodologies, data profiling, data quality and integration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify process and data integrity improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation.
  • Maintain strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers.
  • Assist in the Identification, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned deliveries, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
  • Work with the Master Data Technical Lead to assist project and BAU delivery.
  • Take proactive action to ensure that WHS practices and policies are in place to provide a safe environment for themselves and all team members, and adhere to legislative requirements.
  • Define and implement good practices in development and support of Master Data.
  • Ensure Compliance to design standards and best practices.

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of PIM/MDM solutions using Stibo STEP Technology involving (but not limited to) STEP Data model Configuration, Workflows, Business rules, Integration End Points, STEP WebUI, STEP REST API etc.
  • Design and development experience in application integration of STEP with other systems using STEP integration components.
  • Good Knowledge and Experience in Java/J2EE, Java Script and other web technologies like XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing data management best practices (e.g., classification, quality, standards).
  • Certification in STIBO STEP is essential.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions is preferred.
  • Experience working in Retail or Automotive domains is preferred.
