Master Data Developer - GPC Asia Pacific – Full Time, Chullora

Responsibilities- Design and configure Product Information Management (PIM) solutions involving data modelling, migration, integration, workflows, and business rules based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support existing Master Management solution with changes to design and configuration, ensuring alignment to DevOps practices.
- Involve and provide guidance with respect to MDM strategy, methodologies, data profiling, data quality and integration.
- Proactively identify process and data integrity improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including the PMO, Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Assist in the identification, understanding and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned deliveries, and ensure new technical requirements are integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
- Work with the Master Data Technical Lead to assist project and BAU delivery.
- Ensure WHS practices and policies are in place and adhered to, providing a safe environment for the team, and complying with legislative requirements and company expectations.
- Define and implement good practices in development and support of Master Data.
- Ensure compliance with design standards and best practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of PIM (Product Information Management) / MDM solutions using Stibo STEP Technology, including STEP Data model configuration, workflows, business rules, integration endpoints, STEP WebUI, and STEP REST API.
- Design and development experience in application integration of STEP with other systems using STEP integration components.
- Good knowledge and experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript and other web technologies like XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing data management best practices (e.g., classification, quality, standards).
- Certification in STIBO STEP is essential.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions is preferred.
- Experience working in Retail or Automotive domains is preferred.
