Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled Master Data Management (MDM) professional to oversee the design and development of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

This critical role requires expertise in data modelling, migration, integration, workflows, and business rules based on functional and non-functional requirements.

The selected candidate will support existing Master Management solution with changes to design and configuration, ensuring alignment to DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and configuring PIM solutions involving data modelling, migration, integration, workflows, and business rules.
  • Supporting existing Master Management solution with changes to design and configuration.
  • Providing guidance on MDM strategy, methodologies, data profiling, data quality, and integration.
  • Identifying process and data integrity improvement opportunities and implementing them.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in identifying, understanding, and planning for organizational and human impacts of planned deliveries.
  • Ensuring WHS practices and policies are in place and adhered to.
  • Defining and implementing good practices in development and support of Master Data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of PIM/MDM solutions using Stibo STEP Technology.

Candidates should have experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and other web technologies like XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP web services.

Demonstrated experience in implementing data management best practices is essential.

Certification in STIBO STEP is mandatory.

Experience with cloud-based data solutions and working in Retail or Automotive domains is preferred.
