About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Bega Excellence operating system and drive the implementation of core best practices across our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our site leaders, providing guidance on Lean processes, and leading optimisation projects to drive financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and syndicate the Bega Excellence operating system, ensuring seamless integration with our site capability plan.
  • Accelerate the implementation of core best practices, supporting internal capability development and driving optimal outcomes.
  • Lead optimisation projects focused on business intelligence reporting and internal processes, enhancing waste management and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a common approach to financial and operational performance reporting.

About You

  • Proven experience in Best Practices and/or continuous improvement in an FMCG environment.
  • Sound knowledge of LEAN manufacturing or Manufacturing Excellence (Six Sigma belt advantageous).
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Capable of managing change and bringing others along on the journey.
