At Neuron, we are always on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. We have two exciting opportunities available in our operations team:

Operations Driver

This role involves driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet. As an Operations Driver, you will be responsible for picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high demand locations, as well as swapping batteries.

  • Operate a service vehicle (typically a van, ute or small electric vehicle) to collect and relocate e-scooters.
  • Pick up e-scooters from designated areas and move them to high demand locations.
  • Swap e-scooter batteries as required.
Warehouse Technician

Our Warehouse Technicians are the backbone of our operations team, ensuring that our e-scooters are always in top condition. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing our fleet, as well as running regular quality assurance checks.

  • Repair and maintain e-scooters to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to identify any potential issues with e-scooters.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license (for Operations Driver)
  • Basic mechanical repair skills (for Warehouse Technician)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights and/or weekends
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry and manoeuvre 28-30 kg
