We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This role presents a unique chance for an early learning expert to advance their career, sharpen their leadership skills, and contribute to the growth of a thriving organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate our centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
