The Centre Manager role involves ensuring all children attending receive optimal care at all times, with a focus on a safe and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.

Key Requirements:

  • Current Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • CPR (HLTAID009)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
  • SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervisor

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
