This is your opportunity to join a leading energy transition organization as an Executive Officer/Assistant to the CEO.

Job Overview
  • Manage the CEO's daily activities, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to energy-related projects, utilizing academic knowledge and gaining hands-on experience in the sector.
  • Gain exposure to C-suite level meetings, and work closely with senior leadership to develop skills and insights that can shape a career in the energy sector.
  • Efficiently coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
  • Provide administrative support, manage emails, correspondence, and prepare documents as required.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences.

A new or recent graduate with a degree in a related field (Energy, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or similar) is ideal for this role.

Key qualities include exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong communication skills, professionalism in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, and a passion for the energy transition and sustainability.
