About this Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals to live their lives with independence and dignity.

You will be working as part of an integrated team, contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of residents through assessment and observation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents to maintain their autonomy and self-reliance
  • Assist residents with their personal care and hygiene needs while promoting their independence
  • Implement interventions as delegated by healthcare professionals, and as documented in resident plans of care

We are seeking candidates who possess relevant qualifications and experience in dementia support, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
