Logistics Coordinator

As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, picking, and cross-checking orders to ensure seamless delivery. Your primary goal will be to operate a truck safely while undertaking multi-drop deliveries, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Plan, pick, and cross-check orders to guarantee efficient delivery processes.
• Operate a truck in a safe manner to undertake multi-drop deliveries and meet the needs of our customers.
• Handle unloading of food products (including chilled and frozen items) to customers and handle cash transactions as required.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by being the face of our company and upholding its values.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Mandatory: MR truck license or higher; Forklift license with high-reach experience preferred.
• A minimum of cold storage experience is essential.
• You must be physically able to load/unload containers and delivery vehicles.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy are crucial for this position.

Please note that as part of this role, you will be required to attend customer sites dealing with vulnerable groups.
