About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant focused on Blue Collar or Mining industries. This is a candidate-facing role, encompassing all tasks from sourcing through to placement. Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers nationally, primarily within the mining sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong working relationships with candidates predominantly in the Mining industry.
  • All aspects of recruitment from sourcing, screening to placement.
  • Assess potential candidates, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and aspirations to ensure a perfect match to present to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment process regulations.
  • Develop market insights on candidate sentiment and drivers for candidate attraction.
What You Bring:
  • Experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success.
  • You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • Possess preferred experience – 2 years in Blue Collar.
  • Experience working within a target/KPI driven environment.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persistence, perseverance, and positivity to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A desire to learn, be part of a team, and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
