Membership Administrator Role

This is your opportunity to secure a position as a Membership Administrator in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and providing administrative support to the Group Membership Manager.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have experience working in a customer sales and retention environment.

You should also be skilled at negotiation and objection handling, with the ability to report capabilities and use Excel effectively.

Furthermore, you will have an excellent track record of working with KPIs, targets, and sales goals, as well as experience with debt collection and membership-based administration.

Your Qualifications
  • Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Report capabilities and Excel proficiency.
  • Track record of working with KPIs, targets, and sales goals.
