We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Planogram Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining quality point-of-sale displays in store, as well as identifying opportunities to promote products to stores.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible and autonomous individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, build, and maintain high-quality point-of-sale displays in store
  • Identify opportunities to promote products to stores and negotiate additional promotional space
  • Report tasks and submit photos daily via our StoreTrack App
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential; no prior experience necessary
  • A valid car driver's license and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT Accepted)
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • 3-4 days required availability including Wednesday and Thursday (as minimum)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.68 per hour, plus $0.98 per kilometer traveled, with superannuation benefits included. You'll also enjoy:
