Biodiversity Lead

This position involves leading a team of ecologists, fostering a collaborative environment and delivering projects from scoping to reporting. You will also work with our national network to shape the company's ecology offering and thought leadership.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership and mentoring skills, who is passionate about developing others and managing complex projects. Ideally, you should have BAM accreditation and experience in biodiversity within consulting settings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of ecologists
  • Provide technical oversight of ecological and biodiversity assessments
  • Deliver and manage projects end-to-end
  • Collaborate with our National biodiversity team
  • Develop business and grow projects and the team

What You'll Bring:

  • BAM accreditation
  • Extensive experience in biodiversity
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
  • Proficiency in biodiversity legislation
