Senior Subcontracts Specialist

Wood Plc is currently recruiting for a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to join our Operations business in Australia & Asia Pacific West (APAC WEST). This is an opportunity to join our expanding Operations team, as part of our strategic growth plan for 2024 and beyond.

Based in Perth CBD, this is a short-term requirement and is available on a full-time / part-time (job share) basis. You must have full work rights to work in this Australian location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in industry best practices supply chain principles and techniques.
  • Good experience with related software and systems (i.e. ERM, SAP)
  • Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of the company.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will hold a degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Commerce, Supply Chain / Logistics from a recognised institution, have RICS qualification or industry equivalent and have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Heavy Industrial sectors of the Construction industry.
