About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our Supermarket Operations team. As a key member of our engine room, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing initiatives that future-proof our store teams and provide them with the right tools, training, and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving research of global retail trends to identify transformative opportunities for our business
  • Overseeing the development of ideas into fully-fledged initiatives, covering problem statements, solutions, and business cases
  • Partnering with other business units to collate ideas, determine viability, and manage the project pipeline
  • Making strategic recommendations and managing the pipeline of opportunities for future projects
  • Leading and developing a small team of direct reports

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Success in planning and delivering complex projects, preferably within a retail environment
  • Extensive experience in influencing and managing relationships with business stakeholders and leading teams
  • Proven ability to create and drive large-scale business transformation
  • Ability to create strategies and initiatives that balance best practice, commercial outcomes, and team member value
  • Ability to use data and research to identify issues and opportunities and recommend solutions
