About You- You possess a genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our residents.
- You hold or are willing to obtain a Certificate 3 in Individual Support, which is highly regarded in the industry.
- You have obtained or are willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR qualification, ensuring you can provide emergency assistance when needed.
- You hold a current NDIS Check, which allows you to work with individuals with disabilities.
- You currently hold or are willing to obtain a current Police Check and Blue Card, demonstrating your suitability for working with vulnerable populations.
- You have valid Australian Work Rights, ensuring you can contribute to our team without any sponsorship requirements.
