Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Legal & Compliance Manager to join our expanding global legal team based in Melbourne.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including clinical trial agreements, IT agreements and supply agreements.
- Implement and manage the company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to local industry codes.
About You
- You will have 5+ years of PQE in commercial law, with experience in drafting commercial agreements and IP law.
- A strong negotiation skillset is essential, as well as the ability to lead negotiations and explain business risks in lay terms.
