Duties of an Arranger Conductor:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them of the various options available to honor their loved one.
  • Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions.
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family.

About You:

  • You possess a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on delivering excellent service, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
  • You have a professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • You are at ease working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • You have excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
