We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Part-Time Funeral Consultant to provide compassionate guidance to families across our metro branches. In this role, working Saturday to Tuesday, you will support families through the funeral arrangement process with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring their loved ones receive the care and respect they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist families in planning and arranging funeral services
- Support funeral operations at various locations
- Provide compassionate and professional guidance to bereaved families
- Handle paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation with accuracy
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, responding effectively to the needs of diverse individuals
- Navigate emotionally challenging situations with calmness and empathy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid and clean WA Driver's Licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer applications
- Must hold Australian Residency
- National Police Clearance (issued within the past 12 months)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
