  • Coordinate funeral operations to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Assess ongoing daily work requirements and coordinate operational activities accordingly.
  • Prepare and monitor documentation, including staff rosters, daily work schedules, staff records, and funeral documents.
  • Ensure location staff deliver funeral services to high-quality standards by coordinating and directing funeral teams.
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in a service-driven organization or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Current unrestricted driver's license.
  • Sensitivity and comfort when dealing with grieving individuals.
