About Our Field Organiser Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Organiser to develop and implement effective campaigns and strategies to support our members in achieving positive change in their workplaces.

The successful candidate will focus on recruiting new members, developing delegates and workplace leaders, and meeting key union objectives through strong campaigning and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful sales/recruitment strategies to meet recruitment objectives.
  • Build relationships, motivate, and develop individuals or groups to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:
