Strategic Business Development Consultant

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced business development consultant and executive coach to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in formulating relevant solutions, writing compelling proposals, and influencing outcomes. They will also possess tenacity and organizational skills to pursue and manage BD opportunities systematically.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering and managing new business opportunities from start to finish.
  • Facilitating workshops on culture strategy and leadership to help organizations build high-performing cultures.
  • Coaching senior executives to achieve their full potential.
  • Consulting with clients to determine their unique needs and providing customized solutions.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to connect with clients and team members at all levels.

  • Deep knowledge of leadership, culture, and organizational change.
  • Analytical thinking to uncover issues and dynamics and connect them to leadership and cultural realities.
  • Deep emotional intelligence and relationship skills to connect with clients and team members.
