We are seeking a skilled communications professional to join our team as a Social Media and Web Officer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of government policy affecting small and family businesses.

As a key member of our communications and media team, you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging social and digital media content across various platforms. Your primary objective will be to support the achievement of our communications and engagement objectives through effective content creation and distribution.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing multi-discipline communication strategies and plans, collaborating with cross-team activities to ensure timely project delivery, and managing social and digital media channels to pursue communications objectives.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with data, assistance, and policy teams to ensure positive outcomes for the small business sector. Your experience in using social and digital media platforms, content management systems, and other products will be valuable assets in this role.

In addition, you will be required to evaluate and recommend social media expenditure for communication strategies and activities, produce reach and impact reporting for social media engagement, and update ASBFEO's websites using various tools and technology.
