The Photographer will play an important role in producing consistent and high quality visual content to support the Incu brand and ecommerce platform. You will balance quality and high productivity in photographing products for use across our digital platforms in line with required deadlines. You will use your skills in photography and video to create engaging and aspirational assets. You will work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to deliver commercial, brand-conscious content. You'll also be responsible for capturing social-first content across stores, events, and daily moments — working closely with the Marketing team to bring the Incu world to life in a more immediate, human way. You are agile, adaptable to the growing business needs and willing to work together to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities
  • Produce all ecommerce photography and video assets for apparel and non-apparel items, on and off-figure according to Incu guidelines
  • Achieve daily shoot targets and deadlines, balancing Ecommerce and Marketing priorities whilst maintaining quality and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team
  • Make ecommerce image selects
  • Manage and execute end to end retouching process
  • Produce on-brand imagery and video content for marketing assets
  • Consistent high output of quality assets
  • Capture and deliver social content (photo and video) across stores and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, using both professional and mobile equipment
  • Maintain studio equipment while keeping a clean and tidy set
  • Demonstrate an expert level understanding of Incu studio practices, processes and guidelines
Qualifications / Key Skills
  • Relevant photography and videography experience
  • Comfortable working with and directing models
  • Demonstrated skills in both on and off-figure product photography
  • Comfortable creating content for social platforms, with a strong eye for storytelling, speed, and adapting to different formats
  • Understanding of commercial studio processes, workflow, and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Capture One and Photoshop
  • Retouching skills
  • A balance of technical skills and creative ability
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work to tight deadline
  • Contribute and work effectively within a team environment
  • Good time management and timekeeping
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines
