Aircraft Loader

Galley loaders/offsid ers play a vital role in the airline catering industry.
We cater to over 270 million travelers globally, providing delicious, healthy meals that meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and fault-free loading/off-loading of catering materials, adhering to customer guidelines and safety regulations.
- Load and unload aircraft according to flight schedules, loading lists/labels, and stowage into the correct galley positions.
- Cooperate with Transport Dispatchers/Dock Controllers in case of accidents or irregular operations.
- Act as liaison between drivers and Transport Dispatchers/Dock Controllers while on tarmac.
- Utilize downtime for tasks like laundry, storage, vehicle cleaning, pick-and-pack, etc.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including SQOR, security, and company procedures.
- Perform additional meal handling tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
- A current full driver's license.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments is highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 day roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Clear background check.
