dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is a national provider of Ground Handling and Cargo services to a number of major international Airlines. We are part of the global dnata International network and a subsidiary of the Emirates Group.

We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our awesome Brisbane Operations team based in Brisbane Airport.

We are currently recruiting for casuals. dnata is proud to offer on-the-job training and upskilling. This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development

A few of the key responsibilities for a Ramp & Baggage agent are:
  • Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
  • Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft in accordance;
  • Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types;
  • Hands-on capacity handling a range of duties;
  • Baggage management;
  • Ability to lift 23kgs;

Working for dnata at the airport there are a few must-haves for you to be successful:
  • You need to have Australian / New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Working Visa;
  • You must be willing to undertake a Pre-employment medical test;
  • You must be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check;
  • You will also need for some of the roles a valid driver's license;
  • Basic – Intermediate computer skills;
  • Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written;
  • High level of customer service skills;
  • Available to work on a rotating roster;
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role;
