Ramp & Baggage Agent Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused professional to join our team at Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for assisting with the movement of Ground Services Equipment, marshalling arriving aircraft, and conducting safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong team player skills, and a passion for developing their skills. They will also have Australian / New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Working Visa, and basic - intermediate computer skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
  • Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft in accordance;
  • Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types;
  • Hands on capacity handling a range of duties
  • Baggage management
