Key Corporate Account Manager - Scalable Digital Technology

The Yield is a values-driven business that aims to transform food and farming practices by developing agtech solutions. Our mission is to improve outputs and food production on farms using scalable digital technology.

We have proven ag-tech capabilities, supported by a team of leading engineers, data scientists, agriculturists, and technologists who utilize real-time data and AI to power technology and solve challenges at a farm gate level and throughout the food chain.

This role plays a critical part in our future, helping us leverage our established business, ensure high levels of customer care and service, and work with diverse stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

  • A successful history of account management in agricultural or food systems, preferably with exposure to agtech.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic and driven business environment.
  • Established skills dealing with corporate clients at a commercial level.
  • An understanding or keen interest in learning about software and data science.
  • Suitable qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

You will work closely with all aspects of the business, partner with existing customers, and take ownership of day-to-day management in Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining ongoing commercial relationships, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and representing The Yield as 'the face' of the company to these clients.
